Construction onsite at Lyndarum North has progressed nicely over the past few months.
Here's a summary of our key updates:
Magenta, Stage 20
Underway with drainage and sewer progressing.
Indigo, Stage 19
Progressing well with road construction nearing completion.
Stages 17-18
Titled and settled.
Stages 13-17
Streetscapes are now complete for Stages 13-16. Stage 17 streetscapes will commence soon.

AVJennings Turnkey Homes are progressing well, with frames completed and roof covering, electrical, and plumbing works underway.

The dog park in front of Stage 11 is now open.
