Here's a summary of our key updates:

Magenta, Stage 20

Progressing well with road construction underway. Titles are anticipated September/October 2025.

Indigo, Stage 19

Construction is now complete. Titles and settlements are anticipated for June/July 2025.

Stages 17-18

Titled and settled. Stage 18's streetscape ad local park works are set to begin in June/July 2025 with completion expected by the end of the year.

Stages 13-17

Streetscapes are now complete.
