Title and construction update.
Construction onsite at Lyndarum North has progressed nicely over the past few months. Here's a summary of our key updates:
Stage 11
- 6 AVJennings turnkey homes in Stage 11 have settled.
- Works on the dog park in front of Stage 11 are progressing well and the park is on track to open by the end of the year.
Stage 13-16
Stages 13 – 16 streetscapes have commenced and will be completed by end of year.
Stage 17-18
- Rose, Stage 17 has titled and settled.
- Sienna, Stage 18 is anticipated to settle in late September.
Stage 19
Indigo, Stage 19 is progressing well with bulk earthworks complete and civil works now underway.
Landscaping awards.
We’re excited to announce that this quarter’s Landscaping Award winners are:

This is a wonderful example of a beautiful, well-maintained front yard and nature strip. There’s a great selection of plants, two lovely lawn areas and a welcoming plant-lined pathway leading to the front door.

This is a great example of a neat and tidy front yard and nature strip. This low-maintenance approach demonstrates how easy it is to achieve a great outcome by keeping things simple.
